What helps in a report
- For an app bug Include the Tidecast version, iOS or iPadOS version, the tide location shown in the app, what you expected to happen, and a screenshot if it helps. Apple has screenshot instructions for iPhone and iPad.
- For tide or condition questions Include the location name, time, and any official source link shown in the detail sheet.
- For privacy questions Email privacy@mydoghatestechnology.com and mention that the request is about Tidecast privacy.
- For general contact Email hello@mydoghatestechnology.com.
